Returns
• You have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it
• With original packaging (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@kaitechstore.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if the product is defective or damaged
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we can exchange it for the same model (subject to availability). Contact us immediately upon receipt.

• Final sale items
• Pre-owned products with signs of customer damage
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
