Returns

You have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

With original packaging (if applicable)

Proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation) is required.


How to Start a Return

Reason for return

Photos if the product is defective or damaged


Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.


Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we can exchange it for the same model (subject to availability). Contact us immediately upon receipt.
