Order Processing

 • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

 • For backordered or Certified Pre-Owned products, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We’ll keep you updated via email.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. 


Shipping Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to:

Backorders

Some items may be available on backorder. In such cases:

If you’re using a freight forwarding address, please ensure accuracy. Kaitech Store is not liable for lost or misrouted shipments due to third-party forwarding errors.
